9.30 am  Morning Worship

morning Worship.JPGJoin us each week at 9.30 am for an hour of Anglican worship

  • Readings, collects, etc from the Anglican lectionary
  • Bible preaching on the theme of the week
  • Traditional hymns and music
  • Festival and seasonal themes - Lent, Easter,  Pentecost etc, plus all the special saints days etc
  • Quiet, reflective, thoughtful worship

Designed for those who value our Anglican heritage, this service will deliver the very best of traditional Church of England Worship

11.00 am  The Gathering

gathering.jpgAn entirely new kind of church experience - a missional community with heartfelt worship, community building, bible engagement and creative prayer.

An open-hearted, outward-focussed fresh expression of Church.

This is Church for people who don't like or feel disconnected to the traditional form of Church!

Wednesday Communion - on Wednesday at 9.30 am we have a simple 'said' service of Holy Communion, followed by a cup of coffee.

Specials - we have special services on festivals such as Ash Wednesday, Ascension Day and Epiphany, as well as around Christmas and Easter. They are often opportunities for rampant experimentation - and things are tried that wouldn't necessarily happen on a typical Sunday!  These services will be announced on this site  as they draw close.

Worship is really important to us as a Church, and we try hard to ensure that our diet of worship is rich, varied and imaginative. We’d much rather try something and get it wrong sometimes (and we do!) than just play it safe every week.

So, we’ve cultivated an atmosphere where it is OK to try different things and experiment in worship, where lots of different people in the congregation can have a part, and where young people and children are embraced and valued.
